The Springfield property is a recreational timber tract with approximately 84 acres located in Orangeburg County, SC. The upper one third of the tract is comprised of a mature stand of planted pine. The remaining 60 acres is a natural bottom land hardwood stand. The tract borders Goodland Creek, a tributary of the south fork of the Edisto River, and has a recent survey with a dedicated easement. Two small power lines cross the property providing natural openings ideal for deer hunting. The hardwood river corridor provides favorable travel lanes for deer and turkey.
